Can get in deep with the nubs compared to a flat wheel
Wow, really can get in there with the tight spots along my spine. It seems easier to manage than some of the large wheels, but, of course, feels different. I like that I can use the small one up on my neck too.

Nice wheel… I don’t have upper or lower back angst mine are across the middle and this does it for me. I will purchase the other two and complete the set. Been eyeballing this style of wheel for about two plus years. So, glad I was late night Amazon shopping. 2′ 👍🏽s up…

Promising
Sprained my back and got this to help my spine. Easier than going to the chiropractor and more accessible, plus the price is right. Only used it for the first time today (the soft side) but I immediately felt it digging into the knots in my back and that was a pleasure. Felt my back start to open up and I felt surprisingly good after just a minute of rolling. I didn’t even relax all the way this time, and I know that’s supposed to make it work even better. Going to work my way up to more time on it and do it consistently and will update after long term use.

So worth it!
The media could not be loaded.
This works great, it really digs in where most wheels don’t and feels like you’re getting a deep tissue massage in those spots that are hard to reach but ache the fastest after working bent over for a while. I love it. I was just surprised by how small it was, the pictures make it look much bigger but it’s only about as wide as my hand. However, the plus side to that is it’s easier to pack to take on the road.

Buy all 3 wheels to be most effective.
Debated buying all three wheels but glad I did. It’s nice to work from less intense to more intense on your back.Really glad I purchased them. I’ve had them for three weeks now. The muscles along my spine are usually tight and sore from work and rolling my back every night has kept them loose. I didn’t do it for two nights and my back was tight and sore the following morning. These are worth it for me.

Fitbeast Foam Roller 30 Day Review
Build:The build quality of the Fitbeast foam roller is simple, but very solid. The inner ring (apparently made of racing helmet material) has a smooth finish. There is text embossed to indicate which side is the more firm, but this is pretty obvious just from pressing the nubs.The foam layer is firmly attached to the inner ring. As indicated above, the roller itself is half firm and half softer. It also has a channel down the middle where there are no nubs to avoid the spine. I thought that was a really nice feature that has been lacking on other products that I’ve used. I go a bit further into comfort below.After a month’s use, I can’t see any wear on the roller. It seems like something that will last a long time. I have purchased other Fitbeast products before including various grip strength tools and gymnastic rings. I incorporate most of these items into my daily routine and have had no issues with quality after having used some of their products for 3+ years. I definitely recommend the brand.Usage:I’m a big fan of foam rollers and have a small collection that I’ve accumulated over the last 5-6 years. I have rotated between a standard 6” diameter roller, a more aggressive knobby roller, and one that runs between the shoulder blades. They all have their purpose, but also drawbacks. My bumpy roller was too aggressive, especially on my shoulder blades. I also felt that it was too aggressive near my spine. I found it useful, but often painful. The type that ran between my shoulder blades didn’t do anything that my standard roller would do and wasn’t aggressive enough.After having used the Fitbeast for a month, I think I will eliminate those two from the workout space. I can’t imagine giving up the 6” roller. It’s very versatile for the whole body. I think the Fitbeast roller shines when used on the back. I have tried it to foam roll my legs a bit. It was effective, but I think that the 6” roller is just a bit easier for that application since it’s closer to the ground. That said, for any back application, the Fitbeast roller is hands down the most effective foam roller I’ve used.I’m a software engineer and sit a lot, so I use foam rollers daily for maintenance. I’ve used the Fitbeast daily for a month for both maintenance and on several occasions where I had a particular need to foam roll. It has always been very comfortable to use and it does a great job helping to work the tight areas in my back. I like the bigger yoga wheel since it gives my back a nice stretch. It doesn’t irritate my shoulder blades or spine so I can get the therapeutic effect without the discomfort so I much more relaxed when I use roller.I’m very happy with my purchase!

Excellent Wheel
I never used any sort of back roller product. I was pretty skeptical about them. I did some research and found the Fitbeast back roller wheels. I went to Amazon and purchased the three wheel set. I tried the twelve inch wheel and felt instant relief. I now use my Fitbeast wheels daily.

Snap, Crackle, and Pop!
I’d been suffering from mid-to upper back pain from months of poor posture while working at a low desk. It took a little getting used to, but once I got the hang of using the wheel but once I did, my back feels right as rain! The snaps, crackles, and pops that emu are from my back while using it sound like a zipper! Feels so good!

Great for stretching
I have really enjoyed this roller. I got the one with the nubs and they really work well to massage the back. I feel like it is a great way to exercise abs as well since you are basically doing a reverse plank as you roll back and forth.Be sure to look at the ceiling and keep chin away from chest for the best stretch. I like to rest my arms lightly on the floor or on my stomach. I also rest my shoulders on the floor with the roller at the base of spine with knees bent toward me for lower back pain relief.It does take some getting used to but I recommend to just roll around until you find what works best for you!

Perfect
I was nervous buying this as I didn’t see any reviews on the 6″ roller, and thought it might be too painful to use. It is not, it is wonderful. I do crossfit and my traps and upper back are always tight and this really digs in to the muscles. Since it is small, I was able to roll out each quad with it too, so that was a nice added bonus. I did order the the 10″ roller too, hopefully I like it as much as this one.Update: the 10″ roller is just as amazing. It digs into the muscles in a different way. Wish I would have found these sooner.

I am in love!
I just got it today and can’t stop using it. I am obsessed. I worked on my phone a lot so I can just roll on my back from my to time and give myself a massage. My job is pretty stressful. I bought a company 20 months ago with 4 employees and now we have 35 people worldwide. And I work out at least 5 times a week. I think lifting weight may have tighten my back too. Even my massage therapist couldn’t help. This is a great relief! I am going yo get the 6” one for my neck soon!

Great to crack back and massage neck
The roller won’t fix your back problems instantly, but it helps stretch your back and massage knots more intensely than a regular foam roller. I use it almost daily to stretch my back and relieve tension in my neck muscles. I found it in a Pilates class on YouTube, so you can actually use it for lots more than rolling. It does hurt when you first use it, so you have to stay on the less aggressive side at first and build up to it. I brought it to my dance class and everyone wanted to try it and loved it. Highly recommend.
